After graduating from University, Emma arrived in London and went straight into the recruitment industry. When Emma first started out in recruitment, emails and the Internet didn’t even exist, never mind Facebook! She’s proud to say she still works with many of the same clients and candidates she did when she first started out. Emma believes that her honest, open and personal approach is what sets her apart from her competitors and wins the loyalty of those she has worked with.
Wine, pubs with open fires, the sea, Cornish pasties.
Fad diets, rain, football.

For the past twenty years Angie has held increasingly senior posts in corporate agencies, working alongside Rachel Seeley once before. It’s the strength of their relationship and the draw of working for a friendly boutique agency that brought her to The Red Agency (and of course she was very highly recommended by Rachel!)
Angie prides herself in the relationships she builds with clients and candidates alike. She has a wealth of industry experience within multiple sectors, and extensive contacts. Angie immediately understands the drivers in the marketplace which gives her an edge against her competition, anticipating demand often alongside her client's organisation.
Angie has travelled around the world living in some pretty out there places, she became a dive master and studied fashion before finding recruitment! She is a mummy of two, so when she’s not wrestling them she enjoys cooking and consuming good food, going to the Gym, lots of shopping and dreaming about holidays in far flung places!
